any gap to the original financial model was to be made up by both sides of the JV at the share of each, in that case 50/50… BR said this multiple times. This means the INR share of the gap was made up by the revised loan difference while SSW would have to had found the same amount to keep the 50/50 split. I did t see anything in the loan doc that noted that SSW (or the JV partner) not INR (alone) would be liable for the debt… I took it to mean INR (not the JV) was the sole signatory of the loan. Their latest announcement supports that.
