In the very ANN that started this thread is the statement from INR "this does not change access to the loan from the DOE" so I don't get what the confusion is here?
From my understanding INR have many options to seek additional finance to complement the DOE loan but it is not limited to a patnership.
Today is going to be a good buying oppurtunity for an outcome that is actually a positive because SSW don't have access to the necessary finance to support a construction/operational project of this size, due to their own assets being devalued over the past few years and it was always something I did not like about the project, as I have posted months ago about SSW being a bad JV partner and that's from a few perspectives besides finacial assistance.
