Equity partner can come into play without actual percentage of ownership of the project, it could come in other forms but tied in with certain clauses. Such as meeting certain repayment/production milestones in the future which remove any clause holding the projects assets as the clout to the finance partner which gives Ioneer 100% control. So it is a possible outcome for them to go it alone as far as ownership percentage but they would have obligations to the equity partner of course.
