They have a solid backup plan from the sounds of that announcement. My guess is with the current major shareholder. Just expect short term pain as SSW exits their 6% holding which they only took out as an insurance policy to swing votes in their favor and protect their JV (as quoted by their CEO at the time). Unless they arrange an OTC deal with the new equity partner.
