oh the point I haven’t made here yet, but kept in back pocket for a while… the US had a stupid law that noted gov loan $ can not be spent on anything that impacted the public land like a mine (or something along those lines), there was a US government stream video someone posted here a while ago that the senators were not even aware of it and got a rude shock when they discussed it (and likely earmarked it as one for Trump to dissolve). The way INR (and others) worked around this red tape was to have the loan pay for the chemicals plant only not the mines pit development… that’s why they needed outside $ to be used to develop the pit and the gov loan was for the plant only. They (INR) also actually noted at times what each would be used for (but didn’t say why, would have to put puzzle together to see it was really to work around stupid red tape). But anyway we will all see soon enough. Maybe trump will shit can that law to allow for easier progress with large scale projects as all it does is make funding more convoluted to tick a box.
