yeah. i agree.i dont think there would be .. wf was in charge of finding partners. if the so called texans were in the hunt why wouldnt they keep it closer to home ad give it to them. after all they either fit the critera or dont... i would say the process for finding a partner will start all over again. . i remember saying i thought this would go to 10c before 40 a while ago. what are we now? 13.5. not far to go now. benifits us though. if you ready to wait mid to later next year for construction. grab another few hundred thousands shares @ 10 cents.
