i disagree with on the part of due diligence being shortened up. . i reckon the process would be the same. just to keep it legal in the eyes of the government.i hope im wrong. but really cant see this getting of the ground anytime soon.everybody on here is just speculating. most of us are right. and most of us is wrong. we only wish we had a crystal ball. i dont recall bernard saying anything about if the partnership doesnt go ahead that they have a plan b. i remember him saying that he was confident that everything soon would be in place ready to start construction, this kinda changes the goal posts somewhat
