INR needs a partner- the loan doesn't cover the mine and chemical processing plant. There is no loan without a JV partner
Any new partner will get 50% even cheaper so not sure why everyone is celebrating.
The Board's confidence in this entire process continues and I'm starting to wonder if they are delusional or is it me
