Ok, it's good to have some clarity here.
Don't get spooked by the threat of legal proceedings. That's what they want.
The way I see it, we are win win.
If MIN choose to enforce their ROFR, we will be 2.5% better off because they lose their right to the royalty (it's either/or not both)
We then go back to GLC and offer them a new deal on the same terms.
The only issue is time, (ie: it's delaying the official BOA, but it's still there)
and we have that time up our sleeves until we go mining.
Don't panic.
It's under control.
