It would appear that product has been sold by way of the agreement being made with GLC.
Though, you know what's a little funny.
Just say you are right and nothing has been sold.
How does the product ever leave to full fill the agreement with GLC if it has not been sold?
And how would Pilbara seek to finance construction at Pilgangoora?
Pilbara are doing the right thing addressing it now rather than having an injunction placed on them that blocks any shipping once the mine is built.
