Brisen, my question is say if a company wanted to do a T/O and the pesky management signed a contract for 40% of production with the Chinese ruining their plans of a T/O, would the other CO need to honour that contract after the T/O happens?
Kind of seems that MIN are going after the contract to make it invalid than anything else as they seem adimit PLS should of shown them the contract before they signed it.....
