Well done you have PLS in the most discussed stock on hotcopper.
However you need to read the ASX announcements regarding timing of the BOA with GLC and when did MIN conclude purchase GAMH, thereby obtaining the right to ROFR.
Your research will show that that MIN is was not entitled to ROFR as it had not completed transactions of the purchase from GAMH.
as for your definitely wrong statement

Why does the original contract in the ROFR refer to
