Given that we have not heard anything it is reasonable to assume that nothing of a market sensitive nature transpired on Friday. It is quite possible that the discussions on Friday are under a Court non-disclosure order and at any rate would be legally privileged discussions. If the apparent sell off today is based on knowledge in respect of the proceedings of the matter this could constitute insider trading. It is more likely that some holders are frustrated with the apparent lack of information, after all there seems to be constant desire for information in today's society, and are cutting their losses. From my perspective and having an understanding of the legal system, nothing has changed to indicate a negative outcome.
