I understand the direct impact of what MIN is doing. But what's what they want at the end of story.
In economic language, this delay is not in favour of both side. We are delaying going to mine this valuable resource and miss the opportunity for being trustable long-term supplier for the market. Delay is exactly what i can't understand from both side.
