I agree with @Hila regarding the delay. Disputes are best to be resolved by diplomacy on negotiation table rather than on battle grounds. In this case, the legal proceedings is more like a type of battle ground. PLS management so far shows some incompetency.
Does PLS management know what MIN really wants? and if not, why not to initiate the negotiation, at least to find out what MIN is thinking?
