Hope you are right ... but are you saying that because that is what one would expect, or have you actually seen the agreement/conditions?
There are always conditions and the agreements with the most escape clauses are the easiest to write but usually not worth the paper they are written on. In some of these cases underwtiters pick up the underwriting fee when the deals are fully subscibed but can walk away risk free if it goes against them.
