Re-constitute Board with independent, appropriately qualified Board Members.
Abandon all plans to purchase Tin Factory.
Sell stake in JV - Spray facility is not required.
Abandon all plans for vertical integration - it is a High School business plan on what organisations of a bygone era used to try to do. The current Board probably read it somewhere in a high school project their kids were doing.
Employ professional executives who know how to build brand equity and sell in this market.
You’ll find the market would look favourably on this approach and will support it.
Keep it lean and mean. The complete opposite of what they are currently trying to do.
