Why is the s249D request invalid for those two resolutions? Specific reasons would be appropriate but I'd take a stab and state a reason may be they are unconstitutional. Many companies state a request of this nature is invalid. Maybe now it is up to Preempt to take legal advice or take the last remaining resolution to a Meeting or adjoin it to the current AGM resolutions (if time exists for this to happen).
