    I've got to say that I am not surprised in the slightest. With the company's track record over the past few years I wouldn't beleive anything that they trotted out.

    The Bank must now have lost all patience and I expect them to foreclose. I wouldn't be surprised if Eagle pulled out thinking they could pick it back up at a bargain "fire sale" price.

    RIP SSN.
