I wonder how much they could pull from legal action, as mentioned in the announcement.... would they have any right to claim damages to our share price?
The original agreement was for a % interest on the $15m for every day it's late, maybe they could claim that?? (although, I would compare that to winning a game of rugby purely by penatly kicks, a bull@#$$ game)
