For all those EPY shareholders, for which I am one of them, are unhappy with EPY's management and handling of this siutation, I sugest you call EURONET and tell them.

The man to speak to I think is MD - Michael Brown. They are based in the USA. If 18.75% of shareholders can team up and say no to Simons low ball bid that may come, 18.75% can thwart this and make him either pay alot more or for Simon to actually accept Euronets proposal which will give shareholders at least 22c.

It is time to take a stand against Simon who has absolutely destroyed shareholder wealth. Over the last 5 years, book value has gone from 51c to 18c!!!

Simon owns 62.5% of shares. That leaves 37.5%. All we need is 50% of the 37.5% = 18.75% to say NO, and we may perhaps defeat Simon at his own game.

Lets all stand up to the big bully and make a stand that all shareholders should be treated equally.
