In the UK we have been contacted by Euronet re the blocking of Euronet's bid.

Many thanks for your email. As you probably know, Mr. Loh controls the company with over 60% of the shares. In sending the letter to shareholders, we were mainly trying to gauge support for our position among minority shareholders, which is that management should negotiate with us and not proceed with the earlier transaction announced by Mr. Loh. We will be giving shareholders another few days to react to our letter and then consider our options. We frankly haven’t looked into any actions in the UK, but I’ll do so now with our lawyers. As you’ve suggested, it may be possible to generate some support there.

For the time being, if you could let me know how many shares you hold and put any other shareholders you know in touch with us, we’ll put you on our communications list.
