    WTF. How do they get away with this?
    They are spinning AVL assets out into another company, shouldn't shareholders be entitled to free shares of this new company?
    similar to NMT spinning out WIN and giving NMT shareholders free shares in WIN.
    As shareholders, wouldn't we own these assets?
    Am I missing something here?
