Every couple of weeks or a month, OVT puts out a fluffy, seemingly positive update that actually contains no real progress—just to appease investors who are pouring in money.
They use all sorts of tactics to scam funds, mainly to pay inflated salaries to their idle senior executives. Given the current sluggish economic climate and the public’s growing awareness of fraud, it’s uncertain how much longer this cycle can continue.
Probably, they shouldn’t be running a company—they should write a book on how to scam people. They’d probably make even more money that way, and faster too.
