It’s looking that way. The partnership has never really seemed amicable to me and I get the impression SFR like to flaunt their muscle and play hard ball... and appear to have played games with lack of exploration driving the TLM share price down.
There are also some big personalities on the TLM side who bought in for large parcels at 45c per share back in March 2016 and don’t appear to be willing to walk away for anything less than fair value. Maybe KH has had a change of mind and is negotiating harder for shareholders..
