    what their balance sheet would look like after the sale?

    They paid $11.5m in interest and depreciation, the interest rate on that 18m was north of 10%, their 15yrs of leaseback can't be more than 7% rent, so that's 4-5% savings to start with. and less D&A on $31m assets as well.

    They have $29m net assets on the book, all liquidable. $16m market cap for a 10% Australian egg market seems low to me.
