The new company has not been listed as an upcoming IPO yet so those 50million shares that will be distributed to share holders is probably behind schedule. I do hope it goes ahead soon as I am looking forward to a tech focussed AXE and having a share bundle in the new resource company. no record date has been set for the share allocation as far as I am aware. Anybody any new news on the IPO??
