A real pity for the company not to get the sale of Moolap over the line.
The December agreement was 500k for MHM to walk away, leaving any neccesary environmental clean-up behind too, iirc.
What conditions were not met, and on which side? In any case, the company can't move on with any certainty until the Moolap legacy is off the books.
