    There we go, the end of the final week before decision day (surely ). Topped up a few in anticipation, so hopefully we get a positive outcome next week. I'm feeling even more confident after the Chinese visit. There'd be no better way to demonstrate strengthening relations than for FIRB to sign off on our deal
