The ACCC concerns would most certainly have needed to be addressed which would have certainly created a delay
mmmm "For a significant" (not proof thereof) But not all.
Fact is 10 months in and CZR retail shareholders are in the dark
Terrible lack of communication by CZR management. One would hope that the due diligence they undertook... or at least I hope they undertook, before they signed us up for this deal was robust.
