One thing for sure is the commitment of Miracle Iron to the deal.
In my view, this has nothing to do with the project and everything to do with cross checking the integrity of the acquirer.
If was about the project; the deal would have been accepted or rejected by now.
It's all about the Australian citizen with links to China that has been stalling this process; and yes it's frustrating and annoying but it is what it is!
