Sometimes I like to remind myself that despite this sale we still hold an asset on prime real estate, right next to Rio, with a pre-tax NPV between $350M to $1B not including the gold tenements. Mkt cap of $50M is too cheap, I think. It's being valued as if this iron ore project is in Burundi not the Pilbara!
