Yes the banning of alcohol based hand sanitiser products is ALREADY taking place in numerous countries.
The other BIG issue is when insurance companies catch on they will start to put disclosures about this in their policies and if a building/vehicles/airpolanes etc etc have alcohol based sanitisers it will/may well void their policies.
Certainly they will be banned on aircraft and in motor vehicles and this is certainly already happening.
