Yea true, they are worthless unless they perform,18m (quick calc) options at a strike price of 20 cents each would bring in $3.6m cash if all exercised - I would say the company would desperately need the cash injection by years end due to them doing nothing for the last 6 months - so money says that these consultants are going to be bringing in some pretty substantial news soon as its clear upper management cant do anything of value themselves.
