Some other things don't sit right.

1. If sales was such a difference from those expected why did HCT take so long about informing SH about the difference - this must have been evident for a while. This borders on negligence by management - and it doesn't matter how incompetent management is.

If you run a public company and go to SH for money to bild your company you have a responsibility to let them know how it's doing.

2. Why was SP .14c at close yesterday but opened at only .115 today? Suggests the news was already 'out' before the announcement.
