"Ouch" is right.
AMP have been totally incompentent when it comes to AMP Capital/Collimate. I have to ask myself how they keep getting things so wrong after all the transformation they've been through.
First we lose the earnout from this deal, now it looks like AMP won't make the deadline for the Collimate deal, sacrificing another $51M! Oh well. What's another $51M when we've already lost $300M of earn out? By the time this deal is done Collimate will have been practically given away.
