All starting to look rather toxic - no IPO option as already stated would be terminal and then its lawyers at ten paces. Details as to what is being held as security would be nice to know but as again already stated the payment and receipt of the bridging finance interest will be most telling. No comments have been made as to the state of the Divesta business and what if any fall-out this is having, I'm sure their clients would not like what they are hearing and this uncertainty would be concerning. This whole sceanrio would be drain on all parties concerned and distract focus from the main game in what are challenging times in his sector.
