Ann: Update on Sargon receivable, page-15

Lots of Freudian slips on HC. I do not think the Diversa clients are even that bothered its a trustee role and Sargon already have a business in that arena. So I am not concerned about taking legal action against them. The business has been delivered I just think they chisel. They probably could not raise the entire $31 million so chiselled and got 8% interest instead of the 12% it was reported they were offering. They defer the payment by 6 months so that helps a lot as well. I was always unsure as to whether they had enough history to list the whole lot. They seem to be making some progress out there and would not be surprised if they decide to reverse list into OVH and do it that way.
