Again - what will come of this, accountability 101. A deal of this significance for a company of this size that put such a material asset at risk should/must have applied the appropriate level of DD and applied all of the correct DD and risk mitigation processes. If not then there is little or no defence for the directors the way I'm reading this. Anyone care to provide an alternate perspective here as maybe I'm reading the tea leaves incorrectly.
