SH will not get the 35c franking div but will get an extra 22c resulting in $9.30
This scheme will likely be deemed cash by ATO as such will be taxable. Though I doubt all shareholders of ORG pays tax ie pensioners.
Talk to your accountant hopefully you are not using bulk no frills accounting service
