It will be interesting if NZ comes out with similar concerns. By my reading of the Scheme documents the overlap is smaller in NZ so it may be the case that we may be okay on one side. Its a tough ask by the ACCC to block the deal given the companies have been haemorrhaging and this allows them to come out the other side of Covid. It is a necessary evil in my eyes...
