Lots of moving parts here and both businesses facing problems relating to Covid border issues still in NZ. ATL having materials issues in manufacturing the caravans and RVs which at this point in time are the thriving part of the business and now a war not too far from their operations in Europe. Who would want to be in this business given what the Trouchets have been through in the last 3 - 4 years. No wonder they are wanting to share the burden. It has to be a deal as the synergies are obvious despite the immediate problems still to overcome.

Once the NZ borders open in July, Covid becomes like the average flu and the Russian war is just background noise, ATL and THL will bounce very high.
