Finally, we arrive at what should have been the LNK BOD first move - an in specie distribution of PEXA.

Of course, their second move, should have been to manage the business on behalf of shareholders. Instead, they sought only to find a buyer during a cyclical trough, and get the buyer to create value. That was 2 years ago and here we are today in a bigger mess.

I think this business can be turned around in 3 - 5 years with a new management team whose goal is to do that.

Time for a clean out and to move on.
