That's ironic. It didn't stop them accepting the earlier offer for the potential additional 13c if D&D sold that other part of the business (name escapes me currently) in the year following deal execution. To their credit, maybe they've learned that is not a very smart position to put yourself in. No wonder they get paid the big bucks...
