    The independent directors have already potentially cost shareholders 15% plus with their blind ,deaf and seemingly dumb acceptance of Zijn `s initial 20 cents offer.Even at 23 NGF is a bargain.
    Who are they really supporting ?The best deal for shareholders or rolling over for Zijn.
    They must disclose any offers of future positions, options or termination payments by Zijn for us to see true independence.
