I was thinking about the whole scam of arrangement that we are faced with and I think zijin has approached goldmax and possibly other top holders with a potential takeover offer to try and get to 90% for a compulsory takeover and they told them to get stuffed so now they are trying to 50 % of vote with mostly through the minority share holders to get full control of the company by way of court order why else would they do this when they could simply put in a take over offer.
