You do realise this is just games, smoke and mirrors (IMO). Cossette know the shareholders will be voting no to T/O at 7:40. So lets put in a a scare factor to show shareholders that if you don't take it we will walk (unlikely as they are getting a bargain). So psychologically shareholders are now thinking wow 7.40 was good especially seeing share price drop so most will probably now consider taking offer when the dust settles...typical big boys playing games...and as some one mentioned watch UBS come back on board and increase their holding (AIMO)
