JusD, the scheme was signed as an Aussie contract I believe, "Governing law and jurisdictionThis deed is governed by the laws of New South Wales. In relation to it andrelated non-contractual matters each party irrevocably submits to thenon-exclusive jurisdiction of courts with jurisdiction there, and waives any rightto object to the venue on any ground."
I could be wrong but I think the 10 days has already been up and we have yet to hear anything?
