Honestly screw these people trying to barter out after they tried to lowball us. I would rather LNK gave these guys a middle finger and continue with the in-species distribution of PEXA. There is no reason for the core LNK price (after taking out PXA value) to be trading at a PE of roughly 7 to 8 currently. The core business is profitable and hedge positively to interest rate increases.
This is stupid, give me my Pexa shares and let core LNK rerate...
