When they first announced the nasdaq listing and we sold down from $20 to $12, i thought this may have been ineligible overseas investors selling before they have their shares sold for them.
Now, I feel that the company may have pressure put on them by these same shareholders to be included in the raise.
Additional demand won't hurt us. My only worry is maybe the US demand was not as great as expected.
